Fonterenza stands as one of the most authentic voices in Italian natural wine—an all-female project deeply rooted in the Sienese landscape, shaped by the same quiet determination with which a vineyard takes hold and grows. My role was not to build a new identity, but to inhabit an existing one with care and continuity: extending the visual thread first defined by Silvana Biasutti and carrying it forward, label after label, edition after edition.
Each release became an exercise in restraint and listening—preserving recognisability without repetition, and bringing an authorial touch without ever overshadowing the project’s own voice.
